1. Why is Tax Prep separate?
A landlord with 10 units in one LLC in Texas has a very different tax return than a landlord with 10 units spread across three LLCs in Ohio, New York, and Florida. Separating the fee ensures you only pay for the complexity you actually have.
2. What counts as a "Door"?
A Single Family Home is 1 door. A Duplex is 2 doors. A 4-plex is 4 doors. We price based on doors because the volume of transactional and strategic work correlates directly to the number of units.
3. I have 3 units right now. Can I still work with you?
Yes. While our pricing tiers start at the 5-unit level, many clients with 3 or 4 units choose to sign up at the $525/mo tier to get access to our CFO-level strategy and Lender-Ready documents as they prepare to buy their next deals.
